︎Communication Arts 2023 Shortlist


James River Parks Zine is a field guide to four major areas of James River Park in Richmond Virginia. This project was initiated when creating JR Medium, a typeface designed to mimic the Virginia is for Lovers logo. It is used here in both text and callout quotes, along with Tiempos text, to create a whimsical but readable experience.
